My journey

I started at the same place you are at right this second! I was in school and working two full time jobs. I had no time to workout and a toxic relationship with food. I ate whatever I could get my hands on at the time! One day I took a typical bathroom selfie, and absolutely hated what I saw. "Is this me?" "When did this happen?" I had never looked this way before in my life! So I decided to make a change and started living my best life! Now I am sharing the exact strategies and systems that I used in order to help you achieve your goals and live your best life possible!
